...I suppose that technically, that is plausible. In my own experience 'immortal' and 'undying' walk hand in hand--my assumption was only that perhaps someone assumed the same and was proven wrong.

It honestly depends on the source you're getting information from. At least, considering we're all from different worlds, and those worlds have multiple takes on the same thing...they weren't real in my world, specifically, but there was a version of them in my universe that was real, and she wasn't anything like the vampires in stories and television that I already knew.
