No sane person's immediate response to this is going to be to follow the order to kill a fellow prisoner...and I somehow doubt a lack of knives is going to discourage a violent psychopath, especially if they're good with Ether.

What I'm most worried about right now is that someone who didn't read those profiles might jump to conclusions and attack someone thinking they're to blame for all this, or assume someone's going to attack them and swing preemptively.
