I know how these offices work. Lots of interns, staffers, technical people. They don't all deserve to suffer for something they probably don't even know about.

No, I agree - we've all gotten mad and irrational in the face of people we only thought knew what was going on, but we can't just go in armed to the teeth and beat the snot out of innocent folks. Getting to the root of the problem, the primary person in charge, and...and getting them to set things right, and seeing them punished for it the right way, outed to the public and tried and thrown in jail - that's what I want. And if that's Nina or someone beyond her, then that's who needs to get the brunt of it. John Smith the intern who makes everyone coffee doesn't need to be harassed for something he didn't do.

Of course, I'm not saying you all don't have reason to be angry. You've got damn good reasons to be angry, and I will do what I can to find you this place. There just needs to be a plan other than storming it. Getting a meeting with an executive like that isn't easy, but security there probably doesn't really know what's happening either.

That's true, but...what do we do when we get to an executive? Just...tell them what's happened? What...unless we're dealing with the source, how do we know what we do will make a difference?

...maybe it would be better not to approach the executives at all. If you could gather some kind of concrete evidence of what's been happening, you could take it directly to the authorities and let them worry about the rest of it. You know I'm not...entirely on board with some of our galaxy's laws - [AI personhood] - but none of this is even remotely legal.

...We do have some raw footage of our time in the simulation, and the others' time in theirs - just for our "season", though. And the brain scans! We have those. And...heaping amounts of victim testimony, and Jamie and Kip, and if we can get the others out...I guess we'll have something? But I'm guessing we're going to need the greatest lawyers in all the universes, too.

Well, not us, as far as I know? But of the "dead" - there's one for Max, too. I'm pretty sure they used his to base the primary Florida simulation, since he says he used to live there...

...hm. I'm behind on all of that - Wilhelmina wasn't in the online stuff, so I never saw any point in watching it until I met you all. Do you think I could see the scans sometime?
