I don't agree with that definition. What it sounds like you really meant to ask is if anyone has ever performed or been involved in a sexual act. Which then begs the question of where the line is drawn there. [is he gonna argue about this apparently that's what is happening right now] And should one argue what the difference is, I would suggest a sexual act and the act of sex in the verb definition are not the same thing.
