I didn't have any idea how attached Zombina'd get within just two weeks of interacting with Yuri, but he was certainly one of my favorites out of the CR Zombina had! It started out of finding him fun to tease and mess with and then concern, but Zombina quickly found herself considering Yuri to be a little brother. She got up to a lotta things with him, from teaching him how to use a knife to an impromptu agressive Vuvuzela playing contest, To seeing him skate for the first time, and many other things. I think my favorite interaction between them was the conversation they had after trial 2.

Zombina avoided promising that she wouldn't die -even though she really wanted to promise him that- since she knew she was out of time at that point. It's debatable if she kept her promise about not taking them up on shitty deals, but she considered the motive during the week she died more of a threat that needed to be stopped than a deal. In her mind she kept it.

She was extremely upset when Yuri died, but she's proud of him for going out fighting.

I hope we get to thread more between these two in deadlandia sometime! Zombina's gotta hear 'bout Otabek anyway and be smug that she was right when she joked that he might remember someone sweeping him off his feet~! Golden end is still her interrogating him for sure! She's still planning on stopping by his world to meet his Grandpa and she'll try and make every competition he's in for sure.
