Okay, so, you know the keyboard where you press the letters and they show up in the little bar where your message is being written? There's an arrow pointing up around the bottom left of it. Press that, and the capslock should turn off. Also, I am in bed, debating whether or not I should go back to sleep, but your text is an incredibly strong argument for staying awake.
